Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours to cancel/reschedule an appointment. If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you no call, no show your appointment then your card on file will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Late Arrival Policy
All appointments will end at their scheduled time in order to remain on schedule. Clients who arrive late will result in their session being shortened and will still be responsible for the full price of their scheduled service. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late must reschedule their appointment and will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Credit cards are used for the cancellation policy only.
Cash is the only accepted form of payment at the time of service.
